4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances: (a) with service providers, contractors, and other third parties who assist us in operating the Service, conducting our business, or serving our users, provided that such parties agree to keep your information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them; (b) with law enforcement agencies, government authorities, or other third parties when required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request; (c) in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, acquisition, sale of assets, financing, or transfer of all or a portion of our business to another company; (d) with your express consent or at your direction. We may also share aggregated, de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

5. Data Security

We implement and maintain reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of your personal information, including but not limited to encryption of data in transit and at rest, firewalls, secure server infrastructure, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, please be aware that no method of electronic transmission over the Internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You acknowledge and accept this inherent risk and agree that we shall not be held responsible for any unauthorized access to your personal data that occurs despite our reasonable security measures.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and for other legitimate business purposes. Upon account deletion or upon your request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within ninety (90) days, except where retention is required or permitted by applicable law, regulation, or legal process, or where deletion would compromise the integrity of an ongoing investigation.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These may include the right to: (a) access and review the personal information we hold about you; (b) request correction or update of inaccurate or incomplete personal information; (c) request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format; (d) request deletion of your personal data, subject to certain exceptions and legal retention requirements; (e) opt out of receiving marketing and promotional communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages; (f) disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect your ability to use certain features of the Service. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within thirty (30) days.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provide you with specific rights regarding your personal information. These include: the right to know what categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you; the right to request deletion of your personal information; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (note: we do not sell or share your personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA); the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights; and the right to correct inaccurate personal information. To exercise your California privacy rights, please submit a verifiable consumer request to [email protected].

9. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States of America. If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and the processing of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. While we are not specifically subject to the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate data subject requests from residents of the European Union and European Economic Area.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed at or intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take commercially reasonable steps to delete such information promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can take appropriate action.

11. Do Not Track Signals

Some web browsers may transmit "Do Not Track" signals to websites and online services. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals or similar mechanisms, as there is no universally accepted standard for how such signals should be interpreted or implemented by online services. If a standard for responding to such signals is established, we will revisit this policy and update our practices accordingly.

12. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that affects the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your personal information, we will notify affected users and relevant regulatory authorities as required by applicable law. We will provide such notification within a commercially reasonable timeframe following discovery and completion of an initial investigation, unless a law enforcement agency requests a delay or we determine that notification would impede a criminal investigation. Notification will include a description of the nature of the breach, the types of information involved, the steps we are taking to investigate and remediate the breach, and recommendations for affected users.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party websites, services, or applications that are not owned or controlled by Bland Productions LLC. This Privacy Policy applies only to our Service. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every third-party website or service that you visit or interact with before providing any personal information. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by those services’ own terms and privacy policies.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace this Privacy Policy at any time and at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and post the revised Privacy Policy on the Service. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you either through the Service interface, by email, or by other means, prior to the change becoming effective. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any updates.
